sociaal werker binnen de langdurig complexe zorg heeft om dit te verbeteren
- Je schetst zorgvuldig, kernachtig en aan de hand van relevante voorbeelden je ontwikkeling tijdens het profiel. Je onderbouwt
op basis van je geschetste proces waar je nu staat in jouw ontwikkeling en hoe het profiel lcz hieraan heeft bijgedragen
- Je onderbouwt op basis van de schets van je ontwikkeling wat je meeneemt naar de praktijk, wat concrete volgende stappen
zijn in je ontwikkeling, hoe je deze stappen gaat zetten en wat je nodig hebt daarvoor
