Het werkveld van de sociaal werker is de laatste jaren volop in beweging. Nieuwe wet- en
regelgeving maakt het noodzakelijk dat organisaties binnen het sociaal werk het beleid en
de werkwijze aanpassen. Belangrijk dat je weet op welke wijze je binnen je BPV omgaat met
nieuwe ontwikkelingen; welke consequenties dit heeft voor het beleid én voor jouw
werkwijze als sociaal werker. Om dit verder te onderzoeken ga ik een collega van mijn
stageplaats interviewen. Naar de hand van het interview ga ik aan de slag met een artikel.
Over het artikel zal ik feedback vragen aan mijn collega en hier tot slot een evaluatieverslag
van schrijven.
