Hoe schrijf je goede notulen?● Een verslag mag geen persoonlijke meningen of waarnemingen bevatten, het moet dus neutraal
zijn. Notulen moeten een feitelijke weergave zijn van een vergadering.
● Je moet niet letterlijk iemands woorden overschrijven, spreektaal is namelijk wat anders dan
schrijfstijl. Om je verslag beknopt en leesbaar te houden, moet je je aantekeningen als het ware
herschrijven.
● In je verslag moet je bondig weergeven wat de uitkomsten van de bijeenkomst zijn. Beschrijf dus
niet in detail hoe de vergadering is verlopen.
● Vermijd vanzelfsprekendheden. Aankondigen dat bijvoorbeeld de voorzitter het volgende
agendapunt wilde bespreken, is overbodig.
● Wees zo exact mogelijk. Vermeld exact welke zaken op welk moment zijn afgesproken en wie wat
op welk moment moet doen. Als een besluit wordt uitgesteld, moet je dit ook vermelden.
● Wissel korte zinnen met lange zinnen af. Een goede afwisseling van deze twee zorgt voor een
prettig leesbare tekst.
● Laat het vraag-antwoordspel achterwege. Het is niet altijd van belang om weer te geven wie wat
zegt en wie waarop reageert. Neem dan ook alleen het eindoordeel van een discussie in je verslag
op.
