3000 m3 in both instances.
Solution:
Vol. displaced in seawater:

20000(1000) = V1(1.03)(1000)

Vol. displaced in fresh water:
20000(1000) = V2(1000)

BF = V2 (1.03)(9.81)

W = V(0.90)(9.81)
