Procedimiento
1. En primer lugar, se recibió la muestra de heces, y se adicionaron 2 gramos de esta a un tubo
de ensayo con solución salina.
2. Después de sellado, fue agitado utilizando el vórtex, con la intención de homogeneizar.
3. Una vez estaba homogéneo, se extrajeron 100 microlitros de la muestra usando una pipeta
procurando obtener la parte más líquida para evitar grumos a la hora de sembrar la
muestra.
4. La muestra fue añadida al centro de la placa de Petri con Agar de MacConkey, manteniendo
la placa cerca al mechero para evitar contaminación.
5. A continuación, usando un rastrillo de vidrio estéril se distribuyó el líquido por toda la
superficie de la placa y se cerró.
