Leeftijd kan je niet 100% weten daarom reanimeren op basis van uiterlijk, hoe oud je denkt
dat diegene is en op basis daarvan kies je welke reanimatie je gaat uitvoeren.
Reanimatie volwassene:
1. Slachtoffer reageert niet. (Schouders schudden, gaat het?).
2. (laat) 112 bellen + AED pakken/laten halen. (Zelf pakken alleen als het goed gaat en hij in
de buurt is).
3. open luchtweg. (Kantel hoofd en lift de kin). Luister 10 seconden naar de ademhaling.
4. bij geen normale ademhaling 30 borstcompressies en 2 beademingen.
5. blijf dit doen 30:2. (Midden op borstkas, 5-6 cm diep, 100-120 keer per minuut, gelijkmatig
indrukken en omhoog komen, laat volledig omhoog komen). (Open luchtweg, lippen om de
mond, knijp neus goed dicht, blaas rustig tot borst omhoog komt, mag niet langer als 10
seconden duren). Wisselen met iemand is mogelijk als het te zwaar word. (Om de 2 minuten
als dat mogelijk is).
6. activeer AED zodra deze er is. (Natte huid droog maken, veel beharing wegscheren,
elektroden naast pacemaker of ICD plakken). De plakkers moeten rechts boven en links
onder! AED zegt veel dus luister daarnaar.
Zodra het slachtoffer weer ademt of braakt leg deze dan op zijn zij. Laat eventuele AED zitten
en aan staan.
Bij een niet reanimeren verklaring heeft iemand een zichtbare penning, tatoeage of
wilsverklaring. Je gaat hier niet naar opzoek, als je hem ziet reanimeer je niet anders wel.
Agonale ademhaling klinkt alsof iemand stikt dit is ook een hartstilstand, ook reanimeren. Dit
is een teken van circulatiestilstand, dus als het hart ermee stopt. (Dit komt kort na de
stilstand).
