PRIMER DISTRITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO.
P R E S E N T E.-
GABINO RAMÍREZ VARELA, por mi propio derecho y en mi carácter de
heredero legítimo de mi finado padre Agustín Ramírez Hernández, acreditando
la personalidad que ostento con mi Acta Certificada de Nacimiento que
adjunto al presente escrito como anexo 1; con el debido respeto comparezco
para exponer lo siguiente:
Por medio del presente escrito comparezco al presente Juicio Sucesorio
Intestamentario a deducir los derechos hereditarios que me
corresponden por ser hijo del de Cujus Agustín Ramírez Hernández;
señalando como domicilio para oír y recibir toda clase de notificaciones, el
ubicado en Calle Independencia número 1105, Centro Histórico, C.P. 78000,
San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., inmueble que se ubica entre Calle Agustín de Iturbide y
Vicente Guerrero ; y autorizando para tales efectos en términos amplios del
artículo 118 del Código de Procedimientos Civiles para el Estado, a los
profesionistas Licenciados Agustín Castillo Flores, Oscar García Miranda,
Carlos Guzmán Morales, Alan Isaid Pedroza Ruiz y Claudia Elizabeth
Moctezuma Negrete.
Por lo anteriormente expuesto, atentamente solicito se me tenga por
reconocido el carácter con el que comparezco, y en consecuencia
tenerme por deduciendo los derechos hereditarios de mi finado padre
Agustín Ramírez Hernández.
