RESUMEN
La administración es una de las actividades humanas más
importantes, encargada de organizar y dirigir el trabajo individual
y colectivo efectivo en términos de objetivos.
A medida que la sociedad, empezó a depender crecientemente
del esfuerzo grupal y que muchos grupos organizados tienden
a crecer, la tarea de los administradores se hace muchos más
importante, motivo que nos lleva a realizar un estudio de la
asignatura de administración general.

1. ADMINISTRACIÓN GENERAL
¿Sabes qué es la Administración?, ¿cuáles son sus características?,
