Beste medewerkers van Chaotix bv,
Hierbij wil ik jullie een officiële uitnodiging sturen i.v.m. de conferentie. De conferentie
zal plaatsvinden op maandag 8 april ’13 in hotel Beukenrust. Het is zeer belangrijk om
aanwezig te zijn bij deze conferentie.
Deze conferentie heeft een belangrijk doel en dat is goed te leren samenwerken binnen
een bedrijf. Wij gaan daarom ook een fietstocht doen met zijn alle om een betere band
met elkaar te scheppen. na deze fietstocht gaan wij gezellig met zijn alle lunchen.
Het hotel bevat tweepersoonskamers. Graag wil ik dat jullie zo veel mogelijk zelf
aangeven met wie je op 1 kamer wilt slapen. Als er personen tussen zitten met
dieetwensen wil ik dat zij die zo spoedig mogelijk aan mij laten weten.
