Dit is een verslag voor het project “ontsporing”. In dit verslag is de Gezinsanalyse te vinden
die wij gemaakt hebben aan de hand van de casus en de gevoerde gesprekken. In het
tweede hoofdstuk is te vinden hoe de gesprekken verlopen zijn, en wat daarin besproken is.
De sociale kaarten zijn in hoofdstuk 3 te vinden. Deze zijn gericht op vader John, moeder
Maaike en zoon Vincent. Ook dit is terug te lezen in hoofdstuk 3. In hoofdstuk 4 is het plan
van aanpak te vinden en in hoofdstuk 5 staat een stuk over rehabilitatie. Ten slotte wordt in
hoofdstuk 6 de conclusie beschreven.
