Oorzaak: Immorele sociale condities
Gevolg: Verspreid maatschappelijk moreel verval (Bv Persuit of loneliness)
Oplossing: Maatschappelijke instellingen veranderen (mede door morele opvoeding mens)
Sociale pathologie was echter niet meer in staat verklaringen te geven bij de enorme
veranderingen. (Urbanisatie, migratie…) Het kwam op zon grote school dat het geen uitzondering
meer leek.
