Parental Notification (Pa. 42 Ch. 6310) - A person taking a child into custody shall with reasonable speed and without taking child elsewhere, notify parent, guardian or custodian of the apprehension of a child and his whereabouts as soon as reasonably practical Interviewing juvenile offenders - Must have parent, guardian or custodian present Advise of Miranda Warning
