worden gesneden met een microtoom
4. secties worden op glasplaatjes gelegd voor kleuring om specifieke cellen en
weefselcomponenten zichtbaar te maken met de microscoop
● celonderdelen met een netto negatieve (anionische) lading (bijv. DNA) reageren sterk
op basische stains (basofiel)
