, Inleiding
Dit Plan van Aanpak is geschreven in het kader van de U2 stage in de
kliniek Groningen op de afdeling HIC2 (voorheen Algemeen en Crisis).
Tijdens de U2 worden de vijf verpleegkundige beroepsrollen geïntegreerd
in een project, dat uitgevoerd wordt binnen het komende halfjaar. In
hoofdstuk 1 van dit Plan van Aanpak wordt het projectvoorstel beschreven.
Hoofdstuk 2 bestaat uit de verantwoording van de leeruitkomsten
behorende bij de U2 en in hoofdstuk 3 worden de persoonlijke leerdoelen
voor deze stage beschreven.
