Introduction.
For unit 16 I have to create a concept to enterprise Rotterdam. I would like to enterprise
Rotterdam with a Ferries wheel. This wheel is established next to the Erasmusbridge so that
the visitors have an extraordinary view of Rotterdam. The name of the ferries wheel will be
named; De grote kijkerdttt. To understand the name, you have to know more about the
accent of the local people from Rotterdam.
In this report, I will explain the legal and financial considerations that affect the start-up of
small hospitality businesses. On the basis of my concept I will show you my knowledge about
this subject.
