child care professionals use to encourage children to discard unwanted behaviors
Redirection - ANSUsed to guide children's behaviors by recognizing challenging behavior at its
earliest stages and taking steps to stop it from escalating.
Positive Reinforcement - ANSDesired behaviors are rewarded so that the child is encourages to
repeat them.
