Géneros Literarios:Categorías para clasificar las obras literarias.
Género Narrativo: Se presentan hechos legendarios, convirtiéndolos en la
realidad. (Se expresa en forma de narración, descripción y diálogos)
Género Lírico: Se transmiten sentimientos, emociones y/o sensaciones.
(Suelen expresarse en verso o prosa poética)
Género Dramático: Ligado al teatro, se presenta un conflicto por medio de
diálogos. (Uso del diálogo, no hay figura de narrador)
Género Didáctico: Su fin es la enseñanza o divulgación de ideas, utiliza recursos de
la filosofía. Puede corresponder a textos de enseñanza y ensayos.
Género Poético: Obra compuesta en verso.
Subgéneros literarios
Subgéneros narrativos:
- Épica: Existen principalmente hazañas de uno o más héroes, reales
o imaginarias presentes en la obra.
- Epopeya: De carácter mítico. Sus personajes son dioses, semidioses
y seres mitológicos.
- Cantar de gesta: Cuentan hazañas de caballeros de la Edad
Media. Leyendas heroicas.
- Fábula: Composición literaria breve que incluyen enseñanzas y
moralejas. Tienden a haber animales como personajes.
- Cuento: Narración breve, reducido grupo de personajes y
argumento sencillo. Comúnmente inspirada en escritos o historias
anteriores.
- Novela: Obra en prosa cuyo fin es el placer estético con su
descripción de sucesos. Es la forma literaria más realizada en la
actualidad.
