Accept grants and gifts from various foundations an d institutions; and 8. Make such expenditures and employ such personnel as the Executive Director may deem necessary for the administration of the Licensed Professional Counselors Act. Applications for a license to practice as a licensed professional coun selor shall be made to the ___________ Licensure in writing.
