Question 01 מוזיאון "יד ושם"
M1 כמעט כל מי שביקר במוזיאון ״יד ושם״ לתולדות השואה בירושלים ,זוכר זאת כחוויה מיוחדת.
המוזיאון מציג את סיפור השואה מנקודת מבט יהודית ,ובעיקר את הסיפורים האישיים של
הקורבנות ושל הניצולים ,ואת פעולות ההתנגדות לנאצים באותה התקופה.
המוזיאון ,שחודש בשנת ,2005בנוי בצורת משולש מתחת לאדמה בהרי ירושלים .האדריכל משה
ספדיה /safdi/תכנן את המבנה החדש כך שאור היום נכנס דרך חלון זכוכית בגג הבניין .הוא גם
תכנן את החדרים בצורה של ענפים היוצאים מתוך המסדרון .הענפים בנויים כך שאי אפשר לעבור
בין החדרים באופן חופשי ,אלא רק לפי הסדר .לכן ,המבקרים חייבים לבקר בכל אולמות התצוגה.
ביציאה מהמוזיאון ,אפשר לראות את הנוף של ירושלים.
בשונה מהמוזיאון הישן ,שהציג בעיקר תמונות וחפצים אישיים ,שנתרמו על ידי הניצולים
ומשפחותיהם ,במוזיאון החדש יש גם יומנים וסרטים המציגים עדות אישית של ניצולי השואה,
אשר מספרים על חייהם הקשים באותה התקופה.
