HC 15 + 16 sensibiliteit en dermatomen

Sensibele syndromen kunnen op elk niveau:
 Zenuw:
o Mononeuropathie
o polyneuropathie
 Plexus
 Wortel
 Ruggenmerg
o Brown sequard
o Spinalis anterior
o posterieur
 Thalamus
 Cortex

Lijkt allemaal best op elkaar, gaat via al deze banen.

Twee systemen:
1. Gnostisch: dikke vezels – achterstrengen
 Fijne tast, lichaamspositie, houding
 Waar zijn mijn ledematen? Feedback bewegingen
2. Vitaal: dunne vezels – voorzijstrengen
 Grove tast, pijn, temperatuur
 Waar moeten mijn ledematen niet zijn?

Zenuw – mono- en polyneuropathie
Zenuw bestaat uit meerdere vezels, motorisch sensibel etc. meestal combinatie van
motorisch, sensorisch en autonoom

Mononeuropathie
= beschadiging van 1 enkele zenuw door druk (of directe beschadiging)

sensibele informatie komt via
zenuwen in een spinale
wortel binnen. Kan perifere
neuropathie en radiculaire
neuropathie hebben die
ongeveer dezelfde
symptomen geeft.

Ken alle ingekaderde zenuwen.
 N. musculocutaneous: innerveert de biceps in motoriek. Sensibel radiale
onderzijde van de onderarm
 N. radialis:
o Sensibel: bovenarm aan binnenkant die doorloopt naar dorsaal zijde
onderam en handrug,
 N. axillaris: innerveert m.deltoideus.
o Sensibel: net stukje boven of onder deltoideus
 N. medianus:
o Handpalm duim, wijsvinger en middelvinger en helft ringvinger en topje
aan dorsale kant deze drie vingers.
 N. ulnaris:
o Handpalm en rug bij pink en helft ringvinger

Twee botten:




sensorische innervatie hand:
 N. ulnaris:
o Handpalm: pink en helft (verticale helft) ringvinger
o Handrug: pink en ringvinger tot topje (en dan de helft van vingertop)
 N. medianus:
o Handpalm: duim, wijsvinger, middelvinger en helft ringvinger.
o Handrug: half topje ringvinger, bovenste helft (horizontale lijn)
middelvinger en wijsvinger
 N. radialis:
o handrug: tot helft middelvinger. Duim, helft wijsvinger en middelvinger
kwartje.
