PT's will pass an initial examination for certification process. Certificates renewed
with each PT's license (every 2 years)
Exam/reexamination is $500, application fee is $100 and renewal fee shall be $50

Electroneuromyography:400 hours of training and 200 electroneuromyography
examination certification:kinesiologic electromyographic 200 hours of training
AND 500 kinesiologic electromyographic examinations.
