Pylori positive 2. medications: write a specific prescription for each medication, including over-the-counter medications Omeprazole 20 mg by mouth twice a day X 14 days (Lamont, 2022) Clarithromycin 500mg by mouth twice a day X 14 days (Lamont, 2022) Amoxicillin 1000 mg by mouth twice a day X 14 days (Lamont, 2022) Acetaminophen 625 mg by mouth every 4-6 hours as needed for pain.
