What is a Emission Inspector? -ANSWER Good for the whole state. Can preform Visual Anti-Tampering Check, Gas Cap, Two-Speed Idle Test, ASM5015 (Dynamometer), OBD I/M Checks. Also can preform One-Speed Idle test, but is not necessary since that specific test is obsolete.
