o Productivity is determined.
Adjourning (mourning + transforming):
o Separation of the group, wither when the task is complete or the
realization that it won’t be successful.
o If unsuccessful, members mourn – due to close bonds and failure.

o In many cases the team will transform and restart a new project –
sometimes diferent members or new goals.
Team Dynamiis:

members it is a constant push and pull efect of actions and reactions.

Lots of motivational talk, enthusiasm and supporters build a team spirit and

Attitude – building block in creating successful team dynamics.
Team briefng:
Essential part of team dynamics.
If the communication of goals and processes is not efective the team
members cannot work together and achieve goals.
