adoption of these rules and regulations shall have a hand sink located within thirty (30) feet of each workstation. Hand sink(s) shall be accessible to each workstation so that the artists can wash their hands and return to the workstation without having to touch anything with their hands. Toilet room sinks may not serve as workstation hand sinks.
