Body Piercing - Answer- Puncturing or penetrating the skin or mucosa of a client utilizing a single-use sterile needle other sterile instrument for the purpose of inserting jewelry or other adornment into the body for non-medical purposes
Body Piercing - Answer- Includes ear piercing, except when the ear piercing procedure is performed on the perimeter or lobe of the ear with pre-sterilized single-use stud and clasp ear systems
Business - Answer- any entity that provides body art services or procedures for compensation
