, Inleiding

Individuele coaching richt zich op het vergroten van zelfkennis en het ontwikkelen van (in potentie)
aanwezige kwaliteiten. Hierdoor ontstaan nieuwe (gedrags)mogelijkheden. De coachee leert zelf
oplossingen te vinden voor de persoonlijke uitdagingen die hij of zij in het werk tegenkomt. Dit leidt
tot verbeterde prestaties en meer plezier in het werk.

Zo heeft ook Luci de Vries baat bij individuele coaching, zoals te lezen in de oriëntatiefase. Op basis
van de verkregen gegevens uit de oriëntatiefase worden er doelstellingen gesteld waarop er
interventies bedacht die er voor moeten zorgen dat Luci kan werken aan haar doelstellingen. Deze
interventies staan beschreven in het coachingsplan. Om te meten of de doelstellingen behaald zijn,
vindt er regelmatig evaluaties plaats waarin de stand van zaken naar voren komen.
