Ontwikkelingsdoel:
Ik heb meer kennis over het verstrekken van gegevens van patiënten aan derden door de
doktersassistente volgens de AVG.
Onderbouwing:
Ik merk dat ik in de praktijk nog onvoldoende weet met wie ik informatie mag delen over een patiënt
zonder toestemming van de patiënt en voor welke informatie een patiënt eerst toestemming moet
geven voor het verstrekken.
Ontwikkelingsactiviteiten:
Ik ga op zoek op internet naar informatie over de AVG en dan in het bijzonder over het delen van
gegevens van patiënten aan derden door de doktersassistente. Hiervoor ga ik verschillende sites
raadplegen. De informatie die ik gevonden heb, ga ik vastleggen in een verslag en daarna presenteren
aan mijn collega’s.
Gewenst resultaat:
Ik heb meer kennis over het verstrekken van patiëntengegevens aan derden door de
doktersassistente. Door deze kennis werk ik zorgvuldiger en voorkom ik dat de privacy van de patiënt
geschonden wordt.
Benodigde ondersteuning:
Voor dit plan maak ik gebruik van internet. Daarnaast zal ik mijn collega’s vragen om hulp waar nodig.
Planning:
Ik plan een week voor het zoeken naar informatie en het verwerken van deze informatie in een
verslag. In de volgende week plan ik in overleg met mijn collega’s een kort moment waarop ik mijn
opgedane kennis aan hen zal presenteren.
