Digitaal portfolio. Mijn Performance en Competence Management Cyclus, P8.
Hogeschool InHolland heeft mij de opdracht gegeven om dit portfolio samen te stellen. Het doel van
dit portfolio is vooruit te kijken naar mijn toekomstige werkomgeving.
Dit rapport bestaat uit twee delen. In het eerste deel zal ik mijn blik op de toekomst richten. Daarbij
zal ik reflecteren door mezelf onder andere de vraag te stellen “ben ik klaar om af te studeren?” én
