Se pretende diseñar la aducción de la figura para transportar agua con
un caudal de 200l/s entre los depósitos D1 y D2. Diámetro de la tubería
400 mm Con los datos indicados en la figura indicar:
a) Determinar el grado de apertura que debe de tener la válvula de
paso anular corona de aletas, cuyo diámetro será 300 mm. Determinar
el grado de apertura que debería tener dicha válvula para que por la
aducción circule los 200l/s.
b) Funcionando la instalación en las condiciones deseadas se
plantea la necesidad de aumentar el caudal circulante hasta el máximo
posible abriendo completamiento la válvula. Determinar el caudal
máximo que podrá circular por la tubería tras efectuar esta manobra.
Para calcular las perdidas por fricción en la conducción se hará uso de
la expresión de Darcy.
Solo se consideran perdidas localizadas en la válvula. No tener en
cuenta las pérdidas a la entrada y salida de los depósitos, ni perdidas en
los estrechamientos y ensanchamientos para acoplar la válvula.
