💡 Dit artikel onderstreept dat onvoldoende zorg vaak samenhangt met
psychiatrische en psychosociale problemen, inclusief reactieve
hechtingsstoornis (RAD) en ongeremde sociale betrokkenheidstoornis
(DSED). Een nationale studie onder Noorse adolescenten in residentiële
jeugdzorg toonde aan dat de meeste met RAD of DSED
gediagnosticeerde adolescenten ook andere problemen hadden. Dit
omvatte hoge prevalenties van emotionele en gedragsstoornissen,
evenals risicovol gedrag zoals suïcidaliteit en misbruik van alcohol of
drugs. Dimensionale maatregelen onthulden significante associaties
tussen RAD/DSED-symptomen en andere problemen.
Inleiding
Het artikel onderzoekt de co-voorkomende psychopathologie en psychosociale
problemen geassocieerd met reactieve hechtingsstoornis (RAD) en disinhibited
social engagement disorder (DSED) bij adolescenten.
