68W Orthopedic LPCArticulation - ANS-a joint, the place of union or junction between two or more bones

Effusion - ANS-accumulation of fluid in various spaces of the body, such as the knee
which is a frequent consequence of injury.
Erythema - ANS-redness of the skin such as seen in sunburn
Eversion - ANS-elevation of the lateral border of the foot
Flaccid - ANS-lacking firmness, resilience, or muscle tone
Gait - ANS-a particular way or manner of walking, described as a normal gait or an
antalgic (abnormal) gait
Inversion - ANS-elevation of the medial border of the foot
Hemarthrosis - ANS-blood in the joint
Ligament - ANS-a band or sheet of tough fibrous tissue joining two or more bone or
cartilages, provide stability of joints and, when intact, limit their movement to that which
is normal
