Recieving pharmacist: write the word "TRANFER" on the face. Provide all of the
required info for a usual CS Rx
How long does a supplier have to fill a partial supply of a cII? - ANS60 days from the
date form 222 was executed by the purchaser
How much can be prescribed and dispensed? - ANSCII and CIII can be 100 dosage
units or a 31 day supply, whichever is more.
Exceptions: CII for terminal illness or LTCF
