= cilindrisch epitheel aan binnenzijde van baarmoederhals oiv oestrogenen na menarche dan beetje naar buiten
toekeren, en zo oiv zure omgeving, omvorming naar plaveiselepitheel
1. Cervicale transformatiezone en metaplasie
- Dynamisch
• Proces onder invloed van:
1) Oestrogenen
- voorkeurplaats ontstaan maligne en premaligne letsels cervix
2) Zure pH thv de vagina
Diagnose:
• R/ Geen behandeling noodzakelijk Macroscopisch DD ectopie of erosie
Behandeling:
geen behandeling
In begin: cilindrisch epitehel = centraal geel vlekje
Plaveiselepitheel gaat er uit zien als ander epitheel
Later terug naar binnenkeren: transformatiezone niet meer zichtbaar
Transformatiezone = plaats van HPV infectie
Voor de menarche
Tumoren meer aan buitenzijde van bmhals ontstaan bij jonge vrouwen
Jong volwassen
Volwassen vrouw
