gekoppeld aan fluorochromen (anti CD19 antistof met fluorochroom , anti CD3 antistof met
fluorochroom)
Elk fluorochroom zorgt voor licht emissie bij een welbepaalde golflengte na excitatie door
lasers gebruik van golflengte specifieke fluorescentie kanalen
