What attracts you to Alaska? CORRECT ANSWER-The people and stability. So far the
pilots I have met at events like pilots for kids have all been kind, humble, and chill. I realize not
everyone might be that way but overall I feel Alaska does a good job of picking their employees.
I have friends who work for Alaska and they enjoy their job. I know there is not a perfect
company but if I could come to work and enjoy the people I fly with, it makes my job easy and
quality of life goes up. In addition all the west Coast Flying. The potential to fly to the Hawaiian
Islands since I have never been. Plus I love west Coast Flying and being based in LA with the
possibility of flying out of John Wayne, would be a dream come true.
