application for licensure shall be deemed denied without prejudice when an applicant fails to pass the
examination within one year from the date of the original notice to appear for the examination. To
reapply, the applicant is then required to file a new application for licensure, to pay the application fee
specified in Section l399.50(a), l399.50(b) or l399.52(a) as applicable, and to comply with all laws and
regulations in effect at the time of filing. In addition the applicant is required to apply for reexamination
and to pay the applicable reexamination fee specified in Section l399.50(c) or l399.52(b).
