agree with such a policy and I think other steps need to be taken in order to effectively
screen refugees prior to granting them entry into the country. This has to be done
effectively and efficiently so that we act in a humanitarian manner without risking the
safety and security of US and Canadian citizens.
Regardless of what we do in life, there will be times when we will come into a
disagreement with an authority figure or superior. Describe a time when you came into
conflict with an authority figure and how you dealt with it? - Answers -When I was
working as a physical therapist technician, my boss came up with a new filing system.
After a few days of using it, i felt there were a few holes in the new system. I decided to
approach him about it and communicate my ideas. He was very nice about it and ended
up implementing my ideas.
From time to time, we are all faced with conflict in some form. With experience, we learn
to deal with different forms of conflict.

resolved? - Answers -If I were faced with a conflict that could not be resolved, I would
try to identify why the conflict could not be resolved. Perhaps there is a conflict of
personal interests, or time. In order to reach the best resolution, I would encourage all
conflicting parties to discuss their priorities and to reach a compromise.
A time you failed - Answers -The first job I applied for after graduation was to a
veterinary technician opening at an emergency vet clinic. However, no matter how many
times I reached out for a response, I never got one. Although I was disheartened, I
realized that I shouldn't get hung up on this one failure. Instead, I focused on editing my
resume and practicing for interviews, and soon I landed a job at a different vet clinic.
This experience taught me that there will always be times when we fail. It is what we
choose to do after that will affect the future. The only thing we can do is move forward
and try to do better next time.
