Professional Counselors Act; 7. Accept offers and items from numerous foundations and
establishments; and eight. Make such expenditures and appoint such employees as the
Executive Director may deem important for the management of the Licensed Professional
Counselors Act.
Applications for a license to exercise as a licensed professional counselor shall be made to the
State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure in writing. Such applications shall be on a shape
