individual responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of CH and MAs.

systems, and working with the A/OPC to establish spending limits tied directly to funding allocated for
each MA and CH account.The Oversight RM is the individual responsible for approving RM access to
Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The Oversight RM can also perform all RM
functions. The Component RM is the Comptroller/Financial Manager for the Component.
