(d) a person undertaking a parachute descent;

(e) an aerial application operation (including any external load operation undertaken as part of that
operation) to apply fire retardants (including water), or oil or chemical dispersants, if the operation is
conducted by a person holding a civil aviation authorisation under Part 137 to undertake the operation;
