Progressive Interview
Why do I want to work at progressive - correct answer I am looking for a career with growth
opportunities. I have read reviews from current and past employees on both indeed and glassdoor who
all seemed to say the same thing about the company. Its well diversed , theres room for advancement ,
its a great company, and takes care of the employees just as much as they take care of their customers
and i would like to be apart of that culture.
Name a time I had to deliver bad news to a customer and what what's the results - correct answer Not

the patient could go over with her provider and in turn the patient deescalted by the end of the call

put away. However, we are allowed to listen to music on them but It is strictly Enforced that we are not
to be on them for any other reason but that.
Leadership advised if any of us were to be caught , a write up would be issued and the whole
department would forfeit that privilege.
Shortly after this warning was addressed, my neighbor had his phone out and was actively on social
media. I didnt want everyone to be penalized for his actions should leadership catch him, so i decided to
have a confidential conversation with my manager to report the situation, that way the whole
department wasnt penalized.
