include all new technology. iPhone X is a device that have voice search with

digital assistants such as Siri, Cortana, Amazon Alexa and Google. Also,

iPhone X satisfies customer with its near field communications (NFC), radio

frequency identification (RFID), WiFi, geo-fencing, and local listings. Another

offering of iPhone X is that iPhone X has caught up with Android devices in

the adoption of NFC and RFID. The iPhone X’s 3D camera, and VR

capabilities is one feature admired by many customers. Today, customer

spend up to $1000 in iPhone X. A tangible aspect of iPhone X is its best

offering, and also the excellent design of the product. As intangible aspect of

iPhone X, the company still work on the product to provide butter offering to

customers.

specific function. Those function make iPhone X a specially offering.

Teenager target of iPhone X look for it because of its advanced technology

and its awesome design. Base on customers reactions about the product

(iPhone X), specially offering will be the main reason of purchasing iPhone X

for costumers. Also specific of the product is its future offerings. ‘’ The

number of devices Apple sold was growing more than 20% annually’’ (Tripp

Mickle, March 2019). iPhone X with its specific feature, is one of the most

devices sold.




3- Product line extensions or new product development.


Product line extension definite as an approach strategy to develop

new products for existing customers or for prospects new customers. iPhone

X line extension should be focus on its design. We some amelioration on the

borderless design and the total disappearance of the home button. Also, the

OLED display which compared to all other models, is a screen that almost

covers all the front surface of the device. Addition to that, we also have the

resolution of 1125x2436 pixel, with colors and contrasts even more marked.

iPhone to satisfy its costumer have for incoming feature to manage the safe

area for devices with iOS 11 and its fallback for earlier versions. The product

new target like new innovation. iPhone X with the current design satisfy its

customers but they need more perfection on the design and the function in

order to keep growing the device market.
