When working with colleagues we must remember that the progress of the student is and will

they and their families may be proud in some tiny manner is what makes being an educator
valuable. Professionalism displayed by educators will build solid relationships with co-workers,
students, and families that will ultimately transfer into a well-managed classroom.
Student Engagement Strategies:
It is simple to add engagement activities into the lesson being taught. The thumbs- up/thumbs-
down exercise is a great approach for teachers to determine how well their students have
understood the subject. The think-pair-share method will enable the kids to work together and
develop problem-solving abilities throughout a reading lesson. As teachers, we are aware that
students work very hard on tasks that they anticipate their classmates will see in order to get the
praise of their peers. A gallery stroll might be a useful exercise to use in this situation for a
variety of reasons. First and foremost, it provides the students with the ability to move around the
classroom and expel some of the energy that they have built up throughout the day, secondly it
will allow them to view their classmates work, and thirdly it allows the students to refocus and
prepare for the next lesson (Hurst, 2021).
