existing issues that SAHS is currently facing as an organization. SAHS has been a valuable

asset and addition to their community by offering a variety of healthcare services such as

skilled nursing, senior and assistive living, hospice, laboratory, pharmaceutical and clinical

further investigate the foundations of this issue. Once the issues are identified, goals for

improvement would be set then education must be implemented. These improvements can be

successful by engaging with their staff and patients, bettering communication, setting a

realistic plan with goals and steps aligned along with training efforts to address all issues.

Education and feedback will need to be an ongoing trend for the quality of care to be

improved and sustainable. To keep staff up-to-date and well-informed, education must be

available at any time and on many platforms.
