governor and the diesel engine will shut down. The GOVERNOR SHUTDOWN light ont
he control panel will be illuminated and the locomotive will appear to have suffered a
low oil malfunction. However, the CRANKCASE OVER PRESSURE button will protrude
to indicate the true cause of the shutdown.
