Understand the requirements of the contract Deliver all required items, documentation,
data and/or reports when due according to the contract Abide by the requirements of
the PWS/SOW for the delivery/task orders placed under the contract Provide technical
advice/recommendations/clarification on the PWS/SOW

Request changes to the contract via the KO as necessary, When requested by the KO,
provide a PWS/SOW and IGE for changes, When requested by the KO provide analysis of
proposals for and assist in negotiating changes, modifications and claims, When
contractual requirements have been completed and technically accepted, submit
written notification to the KO



COR Contractor

Track and document contractor performance against the requirements of the contract,
terms and conditions, and the agreed schedule.

There should be an arm's length relationship with the contractor in the interest of
procurement integrity and sound contract management. Notify the contractor of failures
to comply with the technical requirements of the contract. Prepare any reports on
contractor performance as may be required. Validate that contractor personnel
possess required licenses, certifications, and security clearances as required by the
contract. Verify timeliness and accuracy of contractor reports and data required to be
delivered to the government. Maintain direct communications and serve as liaison
between activity and contractor (in concert with KO) Attempt to resolve issues that may
arise and refer any dispute between the COR and contractor to the KO




COR Acceptance

In order to verify that the contract requirements have been satisfied, the COR shall, for
those requirements stated in the contract, be responsible to:

Inspect the supplies and performed services for acceptability and reject supplies or
services that do not conform to the contract requirements and standards for quality
assurance. Ensure contractor/vendor is paid for acceptable performance and is not
paid for unacceptable performance of supplies or services

Perform final inspection and acceptance of all work required under the contract,
including the review and approval of reports, and assist the KO with the contract
closeout activities as requested
