Personal Experience Reflection
I wanted to complete my higher education which is referred to as my dream and aim.
Therefore, after getting married and having children I decided to make true my
dream and achieve my aim. I was so happy and excited to start at university, but it
was challenging for me because I have three children, and I was thinking how I
would make my time management with my children and to study at university.
However, the flexibility is ensured by the Arden University which supported me to
balance my family and academic life.
The Arden University has a productive online learning platform which is referred to
as iLearn. I scheduled my learning and ensuring ongoing and effective learning
through the support of the platform. I enjoyed the aspect of iLearn of Arden
University during the session of my learning. I enjoyed as the aspect helped to
assess a large database and to enrich my knowledge productively. I enhanced my
skills, knowledge, and competencies for the support of the aspect and the platform
helped to address my objectives of learning. In addition, learning freedom and
ongoing learning are ensured by the platform.
Diversity and equality are promoted by Arden University and for this reason I
interacted with diverse cultural background population during my study. This
interaction helped me to enhance my knowledge on diverse perspectives. In
addition, I have significant improvements in my communication and interpersonal
skills. I applied these developed skills to ensure effectiveness for my academic
learning.
Personal and professional development are my desires and to ensure that I took
admission to the university. The modules of the university ensure professional and
personal growth. Therefore, I got the chance of ensuring my desires. Diverse
opportunities are unlocked for me through having the higher education from Arden
University. The university provided me the opportunity not only have the personal
developments through academic learning but also the university provided me the
opportunity of career advancement. These are the ways that the university supported
to ensure my desires.

, In conclusion, a transformation experience is fostered by the Arden University. I
enjoyed diverse aspects of the university like diversity, personal and professional
growth opportunity, and iLearn. My skills and knowledge are empowered by the
learning of the university. I will carry the experience of the university to be successful
in the future and to ensure my various future desires.
Personal Growth Analysis
To complete my higher education, I took admission at Arden University and the
learning from the university contributed to my personal growth. Significant
improvements are ensured in my skills and knowledge for the support of the lessons
from the iLearn. The lessons of iLearn supported so that intellectual stimulation can
be my strength. The lessons of iLearn supported so that rigorous academic studies
can be engaged. Therefore, I got the chance of challenging my existed skills and
knowledge. In addition, I was being motivate to explore new ideas and concepts.
These are the ways that intellectual stimulation is developed in me by the lessons
which fostered my personal growth. In addition, diverse skills are improved for the
support of the lessons like referencing, writing, research, problem-solving, and
reading.
I have lack in the professional skills and the lessons from iLearn supported so that
these skills can be addressed and professional and personal development can be
fostered. These are the ways that the productive contribution is ensured by the
university so that enhancement can be ensured in my knowledge and skills and my
personal growth can be fostered.
Acquired Academic Skills
Due to the modules of the university, I got the chance of acquiring diverse academic
skills. In addition, I applied these skills so that effectiveness can be ensured in the
learning and learning objectives can be addressed. In below, two significant skills are
explored which I acquired for the support of the university.

supported to have a comprehensive understanding on the reading content is defined
