Voor deze opdracht heb ik met een aantal collega’s
besproken hoe wij de missie en visie van Compananny
terug zien in de dagelijkse praktijk, wat onze eigen visie is
daarop en hoe wij dat toepassen en op welke manier wij
elkaars kwaliteiten benutten en elkaar feedback geven.
Interessant, omdat deze opdracht ook in één van de eerste
opdrachten verwerkt is en ik dus een vergelijking kan maken
met de ervaringen, die ik opgedaan heb in de afgelopen
maanden met betrekking tot de werkwijze volgens de visie
en mijn eigen standpunten daarin.
Ook bij Compananny -net als elke andere organisatie- is
juiste communicatie een belangrijk onderdeel voor het
onderhouden van kwaliteit en succes op de werkvloer en
prettige persoonlijke contacten.
