Closing Projects

Closing Projects

During the course of working for Global Treps, it has been a very rewarding and

challenging but ultimately fulfilling experience. One of the most rewarding aspects of this

project was having the privilege of working with an amazing team of individuals who are

passionate about the work and dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Of course, we’ve

faced our fair share of challenges and setbacks but through it all, we overcame those challenges.

As I look back on my time on this project, I am grateful for the opportunities and experience it’s

provided.

As a Project Manager for the Global Treps project, here are four things I would do as part

of the closing phase of the project:

1. Conduct Project Review Meetings: Arrange and conduct formal project review

meetings with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors. This will serve as a review

for project achievements. These meetings will also include a project review to

identify what went well and what didn’t. This involves gathering feedback on lessons

learned, best practices, and area of improvement. These opinions would be applied to

future projects.

2. Finalize Project Reports and Deliverables: Ensure that all project documentation is

completed and finalized. I would also ensure that all project reports are completed

and submitted to stakeholders. Proper documentation is essential for future reference,

, 2
audits and transferring knowledge to stakeholders who may need it. In addition, I

would verify that all deliverables have been completed and meet the requires quality

standards.
